Very private and large home on a hill in “Silverlake” – I am equidistant to The La River and the Silverlake Reservoir.
My home is a 2 bedroom, I use the second bedroom as my office.
This space is inspiring, it has two yards and a hell of a view.
I am looking for a joyous and responsible individual whom wants to experience some peace while staying in the beautiful chaos of Los Angeles while I am away on travel.
Many modern amenities: dishwasher, bidet, heated toilet seat, bathtub, washer and dryer, bluetooth speakers, big tv energy, fireplace, pole for pole dancing (I can remove this or you can have fun with it), I have speakers and a mic for karaoke, a very large fridge, great internet, Netflix and Hulu, air conditioning.
This place is my oasis and it’s right in the middle of all the action but you would never know it,
I have a bicycle if you’re into biking, we are a mile from the bike path that runs along the Los Angeles River. I bike to Echo Park which is about 3 and a half miles away.
The view from bed brings excitement and peace. The light in the bathroom in the morning makes you excited to be getting out there.
Looking for someone who can be respectful and courteous and easy to communicate with!
* there is a basement, but I would prefer it to be un-used. If you are a musician, please inquire, I would be willing to let musicians record in it as it was once proofed for recording.

Located half a mile north of the center of town on a cul-de-sac, this 500 square foot cottage is close to hiking trails to Santa Ynez Falls, Eagle Rock, Mesa Overlook and other groovy trips that start at the trailhead right up the street at the end of the cul-de-sac. its half a mile from the main center of town-2 minute drive, its 8 minutes to PCH / Topanga beach, and12 minutes to Ventura Blvd. Location is situated perfectly in the middle of the canyon to get where you’re goin’ in a jiffy. 2 parking spots in driveway. fast spectrum wifi. Living Room turns into theater with 8 foot wide drop down movie screen and Bose Sound. Good verizon cell signal since its so close to town. utilities included and washer/dryer is shared with the house at the top of the property. As for the inside of the house check out the photos. Private bedroom, a little on the smaller side but cozy with great windows and lighting. The photos show it furnished but all furniture and decor will be removed before your move in. Big, spacious house fully furnished, with a beautiful back yard with a deck, large storage shed, washer/dryer in unit, and tandem parking in driveway. Can park on street overnight with permit (easily acquired). Shared bathroom, it has two sinks and a large claw foot tub. If you love a bath, this one is epic. Kitchen has all updated appliances. Located on a tree lined street, in North Central Pasadena, walking distance from the Rose Bowl. Very close to the 210 freeway. Easy access to Old Town, Highland Park, Downtown LA, Angeles National Forest, and more! Great location, beautiful area and neighborhood. The pets in photos will no longer be living here. We split the cost of water, trash, gas, electricity, wifi. I’m pretty conservative with water and electric. Would appreciate if you were too!
You would be living with one other person (me). I’m a 28 year old woman. I’m very clean, tidy and enjoy a clutter free home. I teach yoga and meditation full time. I’m in and out of the house often. I teach a couple classes at home via zoom on Monday/ Tuesday, so during those hours the house would need to be quiet. I am mindful, active, self aware, a nature lover and queer! Health and wellness are extremely important to me. I cook regularly and enjoy having company over for dinner parties and game nights. I am playful, goofy and love to have a good time. I deeply enjoy relaxing in my space. I’m not super into partying but occasionally will! My home space is sacred to me, having good energy and communication with my roommate is vital! I would prefer my roommate to be a cool chick who is also mindful, self aware, kind, and considerate. Cleanliness is a must. Will expect roommate to participate in bi weekly deep cleans of common areas. I’m also not a vegetarian or vegan, I cook meat in this house- full disclosure to those sensitive. Will cook you yummy meals on occasion as an added bonus! I love love love house plants, lighting candles and playing music throughout the day. I live in an RV in the foothills of Altadena. It is quite beautiful with a remote wilderness feeling while also not being far from everything. Altadena has it’s own unique laid back vibe; lots of good coffee shops, good hiking spots, and new restaurants opening up.
It is an escape from the hustle and bustle while not being inaccessible should you need it. It’s about 15 minutes from Highland Park and Mt. Washington, about 20 – 25 from Silver Lake, 30 minutes to Hollywood.
You will have a beautiful garden with copious amounts of space but I do have neighbors up the hill. Everyone is cool and we are all respectful and helpful neighbors. My landlord is also onsite up the hill. He is reliable and quick to respond.
I would be looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and friendly. The place is fully furnished. Rent includes all utilities. The RV has central air.
We have a studio apartment behind our house that we’re renting out. Includes a shared yard and hot tub. Bonus points if you’re up for occasional babysitting (we would pay, of course!) and if you want to help me build a climbing training wall. No wild, late parties (we’ve got kids and neighbors). The Westside Jungle is a conscious community co-working space in Marina Del Rey. We function as an office by day and event venue by night.
Our office space is located in Marina del Rey, close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Inside we have couches, desks, dining tables, and office chairs. All furniture can be easily moved or put in storage. Our private patio area has couches, firepits, heat lamps, and a hot tub. We also have a full kitchen, a sound system, a projector and screen, and a ping pong table. Finally, we have access to a rooftop on the top floor of the building with 360 degree views of LA.
This space is ideal for hosting meetings, meditation & yoga classes, sound baths, movie nights, and potlucks.

Hi conscious community! I just moved into a beautiful, full-of-character house in Eagle Rock/Highland Park area and am looking for a housemate to take the master bedroom. I’m 26, am a singer-songwriter-writer of other sorts (will be working from home often) and have a small hypo-allergenic dog. The rent for the master bedroom is $1750. There is central AC/heat, a washer-dryer, lovely kitchen, hardwood floors, a sweet backyard and your bedroom has a stained glass door.
