About the house:
We are a group of conscious community individuals with a high focus on entrepreneurism – Work from home artists and life coach type of vibe. We have a beautiful large patio made for entertaining and big balconies with wide views. We’re located in a private gated neighborhood up in the hills and are the last house on a cul de sac.
This home is like a family – some of us have been here for years and some for the 6 months. This house has been a saving grace during these times as having community has kept us sane, but also having entrepreneurs around has kept us inspired and busy.
The room has a fireplace, wifi-enabled lights so you can control them from your phone, a TV hooked up to netflix and more, a vanity area, direct balcony access, a huge closet, a small living room inside the room, and more. The room is furnished.
Housekeeper every 3 weeks.
Asking $1750 plus utilities (about 150-200/mo) (or we can do $1950 flat including utilities

We value collaboration, creation, and moving ahead on our goals. We are looking for someone to join our family…. we laugh together, we hang out, we do family dinners, and we are there for one another. We also have our own lives. We value self-development, clear and open communication, and keeping the house good and clean. Together we have skills and talents that work well together and allows us to collaborate or create new opportunities for one another.
We are looking for someone who wants to stay at least 6 months.
About the House:
The house is very large 3-story house so we have plenty of space for privacy but also the ability to gather and be social. We have almost 180 degree views outside of the living room and dinning areas and balconies with views. We have multiple balconies and a large deck made for entertaining with outdoor speakers, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and more.
Extra large 1-bedroom apartment in a 4-unit building with all the charm of the 20’s & 30’s. Big french windows, real hardwood floors, and art deco tile make this apartment a delightful place to call home. The neighborhood is charming with friendly, respectful neighbors; cafés, coffeeshops, a park, and a museum all within walking distance. Centrally located between Hollywood, Beverly Hills and the beach.
There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, garage parking (with the ability to charge an EV), and an herb garden out back.
Open to different options (i.e. short term sublet or roommate situation). Price listed is for a monthly sublet including all utilities, WIFI, and monthly bottled water delivery. .
