Hi, I’m looking for a roommate for my quiet furnished West Hollywood courtyard apartment. I travel a LOT so, you’ll have the place to yourself frequently. It’s a 1927 building with hardwood floors and a small back patio. I’m a creative professional over 40, daily meditator, non-vegan, non-smoker, music and dance lover. I’m looking for a considerate non-smoker, who isn’t a big drinker. This is a place for one person, no pets (sorry)

Each floor has its own spacious balcony with glass doors opening to the outside. The first floor has a full bath, along with two bedrooms with king beds & big screen tvs. The living / dining room is on the second floor, with another full bath and a kitchenette containing a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster provided.
Both floors offer beautiful natural light and relaxing indoor/outdoor spaces.
Garage is available for parking.Guests have access to the bottom two levels of the home with their own keyed access
*Owner lives on third level. You will have use of two separate entrances which are closed off from the third level.
Very private and large home on a hill in “Silverlake” – I am equidistant to The La River and the Silverlake Reservoir.

I have a bicycle if you’re into biking, we are a mile from the bike path that runs along the Los Angeles River. I bike to Echo Park which is about 3 and a half miles away.
The view from bed brings excitement and peace. The light in the bathroom in the morning makes you excited to be getting out there.

The house is located in the the jungle, in the outskirts of Tulum, Mexico. A 15 minute drive (8km+ 2km dirt road) from Tulum takes you there. Vehicle is required to live here. An ideal distance to disconnect from town, be in contact with the sound of nature, and close enough to enjoy the benefits of civilization.
Surrounded by nature, and immersed among the trees of the tropical jungle, the house has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bathrooms are connected to a water filtration system that cleans the water with the help of plants, roots, fibers and rock. Electric energy comes from solar panels and water from a well.
The house is built in a circular pattern, which makes it very cozy, with good ventilation and energy circulation.The main room is on the second floor with a very pleasant terrace, space to hang the hammock, and a very spacious bathroom / dressing room.The second bedroom is located independently in a bungalow. Large dining room, lots of light and ventilation.
Available from June 2nd to July 2nd (or longer). Our home is the back house on a giant duplex in East Venice. Your space includes a private room, private office and bathroom. There is lots of shared open space include a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. Plenty of street parking in a safe, quiet part of Venice.
You will share the home with two professional men. A good candidate is easy-going with a positive attitude. We are not big partiers, but organize dinners and small get togethers from time to time and we’d encourage you to do the same.
Private Topanga cottage with outdoor covered deck and living area available July 1st thru September 1st. may be possible to extend to October 1st if needed. Located half a mile north of the center of town on a cul-de-sac, this 500 square foot cottage is close to hiking trails to Santa Ynez Falls, Eagle Rock, Mesa Overlook and other groovy trips that start at the trailhead right up the street at the end of the cul-de-sac. its half a mile from the main center of town-2 minute drive, its 8 minutes to PCH / Topanga beach, and12 minutes to Ventura Blvd. Location is situated perfectly in the middle of the canyon to get where you’re goin’ in a jiffy. 2 parking spots in driveway. fast spectrum wifi. Living Room turns into theater with 8 foot wide drop down movie screen and Bose Sound. Good verizon cell signal since its so close to town. utilities included and washer/dryer is shared with the house at the top of the property. As for the inside of the house check out the photos. Private bedroom, a little on the smaller side but cozy with great windows and lighting. The photos show it furnished but all furniture and decor will be removed before your move in. Big, spacious house fully furnished, with a beautiful back yard with a deck, large storage shed, washer/dryer in unit, and tandem parking in driveway. Can park on street overnight with permit (easily acquired). Shared bathroom, it has two sinks and a large claw foot tub. If you love a bath, this one is epic. Kitchen has all updated appliances. Located on a tree lined street, in North Central Pasadena, walking distance from the Rose Bowl. Very close to the 210 freeway. Easy access to Old Town, Highland Park, Downtown LA, Angeles National Forest, and more! Great location, beautiful area and neighborhood. The pets in photos will no longer be living here. We split the cost of water, trash, gas, electricity, wifi. I’m pretty conservative with water and electric. Would appreciate if you were too!
You would be living with one other person (me). I’m a 28 year old woman. I’m very clean, tidy and enjoy a clutter free home. I teach yoga and meditation full time. I’m in and out of the house often. I teach a couple classes at home via zoom on Monday/ Tuesday, so during those hours the house would need to be quiet. I am mindful, active, self aware, a nature lover and queer! Health and wellness are extremely important to me. I cook regularly and enjoy having company over for dinner parties and game nights. I am playful, goofy and love to have a good time. I deeply enjoy relaxing in my space. I’m not super into partying but occasionally will! My home space is sacred to me, having good energy and communication with my roommate is vital! I would prefer my roommate to be a cool chick who is also mindful, self aware, kind, and considerate. Cleanliness is a must. Will expect roommate to participate in bi weekly deep cleans of common areas. I’m also not a vegetarian or vegan, I cook meat in this house- full disclosure to those sensitive. Will cook you yummy meals on occasion as an added bonus! I love love love house plants, lighting candles and playing music throughout the day.
