Very private and large home on a hill in “Silverlake” – I am equidistant to The La River and the Silverlake Reservoir.
My home is a 2 bedroom, I use the second bedroom as my office.
This space is inspiring, it has two yards and a hell of a view.
I am looking for a joyous and responsible individual whom wants to experience some peace while staying in the beautiful chaos of Los Angeles while I am away on travel.
Many modern amenities: dishwasher, bidet, heated toilet seat, bathtub, washer and dryer, bluetooth speakers, big tv energy, fireplace, pole for pole dancing (I can remove this or you can have fun with it), I have speakers and a mic for karaoke, a very large fridge, great internet, Netflix and Hulu, air conditioning.
This place is my oasis and it’s right in the middle of all the action but you would never know it,
I have a bicycle if you’re into biking, we are a mile from the bike path that runs along the Los Angeles River. I bike to Echo Park which is about 3 and a half miles away.
The view from bed brings excitement and peace. The light in the bathroom in the morning makes you excited to be getting out there.

* there is a basement, but I would prefer it to be un-used. If you are a musician, please inquire, I would be willing to let musicians record in it as it was once proofed for recording.

Living Room turns into theater with 8 foot wide drop down movie screen and Bose Sound. Good verizon cell signal since its so close to town. utilities included and washer/dryer is shared with the house at the top of the property. As for the inside of the house check out the photos. I live in an RV in the foothills of Altadena. It is quite beautiful with a remote wilderness feeling while also not being far from everything. Altadena has it’s own unique laid back vibe; lots of good coffee shops, good hiking spots, and new restaurants opening up.
It is an escape from the hustle and bustle while not being inaccessible should you need it. It’s about 15 minutes from Highland Park and Mt. Washington, about 20 – 25 from Silver Lake, 30 minutes to Hollywood.
You will have a beautiful garden with copious amounts of space but I do have neighbors up the hill. Everyone is cool and we are all respectful and helpful neighbors. My landlord is also onsite up the hill. He is reliable and quick to respond.
I would be looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and friendly. The place is fully furnished. Rent includes all utilities. The RV has central air.

We used to host lots of gatherings, bbq’s and dinners, and play board games and now is the perfect time to move in because we’re bringing them back. It might appear that the house is busy with a few people, however the house is ginormous (over 5500 sq ft).
Send us a little about yourself and consider coming by and meeting us to see how fun just always seems finds us! We are drama-free and very peaceful. Our household is super low stress and we appreciate living with super considerate peeps!

The 5000 sq feet home is located inland from Del Mar, just before Fairbanks Ranch. It’s a 5 minute drive to the 5 freeway off Via de la Valle and 10 minutes to the beach. The home comes furnished with a pool table, huge dining room table for dinners with friends, huge kitchen (3 fridges), deck perfect for BBQ’s, and plenty of other furniture. There’s also additional furniture and some storage space in the garage too. We also have a lovely housekeeper who comes three times a month. Let me know if you have any questions and I will arrange a time for you to see it!
The room is two in one! It has two rooms connected which are both spacious ~12 x ~15 and it’s perfect for an office! It also has a balcony too. I can also furnish it for a little extra if you’re interested.

One of the guys is huge into cryptocurrency, one of the women is an amazing hairstylist from Asheville, North Carolina, one of the women is from florida and loves music and to travel, another woman just left her engineering job to start up yoga teacher training, one of the women is an acupuncturist and plays the harp and sound healing bowls, one gentleman teaches swimming lessons and is a lifeguard plus part-time DJ, one of the men is a professional entrepreneur and avid runner, and another gentleman is an entrepreneur and loves the piano!
It’s an eclectic group that gets along super. We are a laid-back group who really enjoys working hard and each other’s company, as well as the company of other respectful, creative people. Awesome compassionate people, please apply to join our fam! If you are a big drinker or rager, this isn’t the ideal situation for you as we are more conscious and peaceful. The more mature socially, the better the fit, especially right now during the social distancing.

The Westside Jungle is a conscious community co-working space in Marina Del Rey. We function as an office by day and event venue by night.

Hi conscious community! I just moved into a beautiful, full-of-character house in Eagle Rock/Highland Park area and am looking for a housemate to take the master bedroom. I’m 26, am a singer-songwriter-writer of other sorts (will be working from home often) and have a small hypo-allergenic dog. The rent for the master bedroom is $1750. There is central AC/heat, a washer-dryer, lovely kitchen, hardwood floors, a sweet backyard and your bedroom has a stained glass door. There are new skylights in the dining room which makes it so much brighter! Safe, walkable neighborhood near Occidental College. Message me if you’re interested ?
