We have an opening in our Conscious Entrepreneur Home in Topanga Canyon, available June 1st. This is a charming room on the 2nd floor with beautiful views of the canyon, large closet and adjacent shared master bathroom.
We are a community of entrepreneurs & coaches. The energy of this house is perfectly suited for bringing your manifestations, creations and businesses to fruition.
The Room: The bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, bookshelf and nightstand with storage and a large sliding door closet. A desk could provided if needed.
What’s needed:
– First month’s rent $1700 (+utilities) & a security deposit ($1700).
– Ideally we’d love someone who will stay for at least 6 months, if it’s a good fit! (with a 2 month trial period to see how it flows)
A bit about the space:
– The Vibe: This is a place for co-working, collaboration, co-manifestation, and cultivation of skill sets and entrepreneurial ventures.
– Our Community: we value following our highest excitement, clear communication, celebrating and supporting each other’s wins and being in a creative, abundant mindset. We are working on our specific projects and we love our independent time. AND we love to come together for intentional dinners, fun activities and occasional gatherings at our place.
– The House: Located on a gorgeous scenic block in Topanga, tucked away in nature, but not too tucked away, with 180 degree views of the canyon.
It’s a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house with an office space/healing room, study and a recently renovated garage convertible workspace. We have central A/C & heating, dishwasher and washer & dryer.
– Outdoor Space: we have a balcony, backyard, hillside garden, and a private deck above our house with jaw dropping views of Topanga to enjoy those sunrise views and glimpses of the morning mist rolling off the gorgeous hills. It’s excellent for yoga, working out, sunbathing, stargazing and hosting friends.
– We have a number of Quantum tools available for you to use to raise your vibration, increase energy and inspire creativity and flow, including a vibe (vibroacoustic therapy bed), vibraplate and water structuring device. We also have “Focused Life Force Energy” (www.flfe.net/) and QiEnergy supporting the property for healing, grounding, abundance and entrepreneurship.
– People who have lived with us in the past have gone through incredible shifts in their lives with transformations such as getting complete clarity on their passions, creating new ventures and birthing successful coaching programs.

Hello! Welcome to our gorgeous, homey Hollywood Hills house. Cannot ask for a better location! We are nestled at the bottom of the Hollywood Hills, so we are only a few minutes from pretty much anywhere in Hollywood, and at the same time far enough removed from the noise and craziness that you can enjoy the outdoor spaces in peace.
I’ve lived here for 6 years and have really cultivated the space to be a sanctuary from the outside world. I’m a 35 y.o. male, Columbia University graduate working in film. I do a lot of volunteer work in Santa Barbara as well. You are: honest, respectful, considerate, reliable.
Move in is Sept 1st.
The house is kept strictly vegetarian meaning we ask you dont bring meat or eggs in.
Enter the house into a foyer which spills into a large living room and bright sun porch. Huge dining room for (pre-covid) dinner parties with 10 foot solid mesquite wood table and a fully stocked kitchen with all viking/subzero appliances. Everything is extremely well furnished.
The bedroom has private french doors that open to amazing views of the back yard. The room can come partially furnished or empty.
The back yard is gorgeous and has a day bed, fire pit and custom tile table.
No smoking (firm), no drugs and no pets. There is a W/D in the house so no need to bring your laundry outside.
The house has two bathrooms, one upstairs used by me and one other roommate, and one downstairs for just you. However the downstairs bathroom (yours) is also the guest bathroom so we ask that you keep it tidy.
Bedroom has a large closet.
$1575 a month plus utilities, mountain valley water delivery and house cleaners who come twice a month.

We have a beautiful sunny room available for sublet in our 4 bedroom Topanga mountain sanctuary.
We are looking for a roommate who cherishes a peaceful atmosphere, retreat energy and positive vibes.
Our 4 bedroom sanctuary sits on a dead end street, and is a 2 minute walk onto a trailhead which meanders through the mountains for miles. The house has a fireplace, a garden overlooking the mountains, raised bed gardens for veggie planting, washer/dryer, and a communal kitchen. This is heaven on earth for the right person.
The room has tons of sunlight, wood floors and very high ceilings with a ceiling fan.The bathroom is shared with one other clean and conscientious female and has jack & jill separate sinks, and a deep bathtub.
We are three females-
One is a transformational coach, one is a spa owner, and the other is a stylist assistant. There will only be two roommates here for July, the other will be traveling.
