House Details: Tons of natural light, washer and dryer in unit, quiet street with plenty of street parking, outside storage for bikes and other larger items, 5 minute walk to the Venice sign and beach. Fun roommates who enjoy going out but appreciate a good night in too (; Your future room comes with a closet and a lot of natural light in the afternoon. NOTE: Room will be emptied prior to move-in.
Who we are: 32 yr old female in the music industry. Originally from Ohio (10 years in LA so far). I work in an office Monday – Friday 10-6pm, so I am usually gone throughout the day during the weekdays. I love hot yoga, long walks around our beautiful neighborhood or going on hikes, dancing, reading a fascinating book (I love to learn), playing guitar, spending sunsets on the beach, and going to brunch/dinners with friends.

Very private and large home on a hill in “Silverlake” – I am equidistant to The La River and the Silverlake Reservoir.

I have a bicycle if you’re into biking, we are a mile from the bike path that runs along the Los Angeles River. I bike to Echo Park which is about 3 and a half miles away.
The view from bed brings excitement and peace. The light in the bathroom in the morning makes you excited to be getting out there.

The house is located in the the jungle, in the outskirts of Tulum, Mexico. A 15 minute drive (8km+ 2km dirt road) from Tulum takes you there. Vehicle is required to live here. An ideal distance to disconnect from town, be in contact with the sound of nature, and close enough to enjoy the benefits of civilization.
Surrounded by nature, and immersed among the trees of the tropical jungle, the house has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bathrooms are connected to a water filtration system that cleans the water with the help of plants, roots, fibers and rock. Electric energy comes from solar panels and water from a well.
The house is built in a circular pattern, which makes it very cozy, with good ventilation and energy circulation.The main room is on the second floor with a very pleasant terrace, space to hang the hammock, and a very spacious bathroom / dressing room.The second bedroom is located independently in a bungalow. Large dining room, lots of light and ventilation.
Available from June 2nd to July 2nd (or longer). Our home is the back house on a giant duplex in East Venice. Your space includes a private room, private office and bathroom. There is lots of shared open space include a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. Plenty of street parking in a safe, quiet part of Venice.
You will share the home with two professional men. A good candidate is easy-going with a positive attitude. We are not big partiers, but organize dinners and small get togethers from time to time and we’d encourage you to do the same.

Can park on street overnight with permit (easily acquired). Shared bathroom, it has two sinks and a large claw foot tub. If you love a bath, this one is epic. Kitchen has all updated appliances. Located on a tree lined street, in North Central Pasadena, walking distance from the Rose Bowl. Very close to the 210 freeway. Easy access to Old Town, Highland Park, Downtown LA, Angeles National Forest, and more! Great location, beautiful area and neighborhood. The pets in photos will no longer be living here. We split the cost of water, trash, gas, electricity, wifi. I’m pretty conservative with water and electric. Would appreciate if you were too!
You would be living with one other person (me). I’m a 28 year old woman. I’m very clean, tidy and enjoy a clutter free home. I teach yoga and meditation full time. I’m in and out of the house often. I teach a couple classes at home via zoom on Monday/ Tuesday, so during those hours the house would need to be quiet. I am mindful, active, self aware, a nature lover and queer! Health and wellness are extremely important to me. I cook regularly and enjoy having company over for dinner parties and game nights. I am playful, goofy and love to have a good time. I deeply enjoy relaxing in my space. I’m not super into partying but occasionally will! My home space is sacred to me, having good energy and communication with my roommate is vital! I live in an RV in the foothills of Altadena. It is quite beautiful with a remote wilderness feeling while also not being far from everything. Altadena has it’s own unique laid back vibe; lots of good coffee shops, good hiking spots, and new restaurants opening up.
It is an escape from the hustle and bustle while not being inaccessible should you need it. It’s about 15 minutes from Highland Park and Mt. Washington, about 20 – 25 from Silver Lake, 30 minutes to Hollywood.
You will have a beautiful garden with copious amounts of space but I do have neighbors up the hill. Everyone is cool and we are all respectful and helpful neighbors. My landlord is also onsite up the hill. He is reliable and quick to respond.
I would be looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and friendly. The place is fully furnished. Rent includes all utilities. The RV has central air.
We have a studio apartment behind our house that we’re renting out. Includes a shared yard and hot tub. We used to host lots of gatherings, bbq’s and dinners, and play board games and now is the perfect time to move in because we’re bringing them back. It might appear that the house is busy with a few people, however the house is ginormous (over 5500 sq ft).
Send us a little about yourself and consider coming by and meeting us to see how fun just always seems finds us! We are drama-free and very peaceful. Our household is super low stress and we appreciate living with super considerate peeps!

The 5000 sq feet home is located inland from Del Mar, just before Fairbanks Ranch. It’s a 5 minute drive to the 5 freeway off Via de la Valle and 10 minutes to the beach. The home comes furnished with a pool table, huge dining room table for dinners with friends, huge kitchen (3 fridges), deck perfect for BBQ’s, and plenty of other furniture. There’s also additional furniture and some storage space in the garage too. We also have a lovely housekeeper who comes three times a month. Let me know if you have any questions and I will arrange a time for you to see it!
The room is two in one! It has two rooms connected which are both spacious ~12 x ~15 and it’s perfect for an office! It also has a balcony too. I can also furnish it for a little extra if you’re interested.

One of the guys is huge into cryptocurrency, one of the women is an amazing hairstylist from Asheville, North Carolina, one of the women is from florida and loves music and to travel, another woman just left her engineering job to start up yoga teacher training, one of the women is an acupuncturist and plays the harp and sound healing bowls, one gentleman teaches swimming lessons and is a lifeguard plus part-time DJ, one of the men is a professional entrepreneur and avid runner, and another gentleman is an entrepreneur and loves the piano!
It’s an eclectic group that gets along super. We are a laid-back group who really enjoys working hard and each other’s company, as well as the company of other respectful, creative people. Awesome compassionate people, please apply to join our fam! If you are a big drinker or rager, this isn’t the ideal situation for you as we are more conscious and peaceful.
