We have a beautiful sunny room available for sublet in our 4 bedroom Topanga mountain sanctuary.
We are looking for a roommate who cherishes a peaceful atmosphere, retreat energy and positive vibes.
Our 4 bedroom sanctuary sits on a dead end street, and is a 2 minute walk onto a trailhead which meanders through the mountains for miles. The house has a fireplace, a garden overlooking the mountains, raised bed gardens for veggie planting, washer/dryer, and a communal kitchen. This is heaven on earth for the right person.

The room has tons of sunlight, wood floors and very high ceilings with a ceiling fan.The bathroom is shared with one other clean and conscientious female and has jack & jill separate sinks, and a deep bathtub.

We are three females-
One is a transformational coach, one is a spa owner, and the other is a stylist assistant. There will only be two roommates here for July, the other will be traveling.
We are looking for someone who is CLEAN, LIVES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, and whom is CONSCIENTIOUS to retreat into a nourishing space surrounded by nature. This home is a SANCTUARY to us, and we treat it that way.

Available July 3rd for July and August. Female preferred.

Cozy room with shared bath- $1,400 a month + 500 deposit
We are open to one person taking both rooms, with one room being an office or creative space.

Electric & propane is separate. Wifi is included.
