Peace! I am looking to rent month to month but am open to longer / set leases if it’s a good fit. I am interested in living in the peripheries of LA (ie. pasadena, sgv, inglewood, long beach, etc.) I prefer a pet free household, but will be ok if the space is well ventilated. I am vaccinated / get tested regularly – oftentimes onsite for work and keep clean. I am a student and freelancer / multi-media creative. I look forward to sharing space with respectful people who keep clean as well. A space that is near lots of nature is appreciated. I prefer easy or guaranteed parking.
