Master downstairs room with semi-private bath (private during sleeping hours)

Month to month, but good if you are looking for 6 months or more.

Prefer that the housemate works outside of the home, but will consider your work situation.

Cat or Hypoallergenic dog (that does not bark much) considered.

It’s a great neighborhood, and the park behind the home really makes this a special place to live.

1.5 miles to the beach. Freeway close.
