This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 200 Mbps strong WIFI. It is in a secure building with 24/7 doorman, a pool, a gym and a community room. Address: 645 W 9th St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Ralphs is just downstairs. Lots of trendy restaurants and bars, whole food and Macys are within a 5 minutes walk. To move in, it will require the tenant a $1,200 refundable security deposit, a credit check and a background check. Linens and towels are provided. No Pets allowed. One parking spot can be provided at $200 per month. By the way, I am a clean, fun and conscious person, I like to play music and go to music festivals, snowboard in the winter, yoga in the forest, dance on the beach, I don’t smoke cigarettes. I only stay in this apartment a few days a week, because I work for a hotel in Big Bear Lake.
