We used to host lots of gatherings, bbq’s and dinners, and play board games and now is the perfect time to move in because we’re bringing them back. It might appear that the house is busy with a few people, however the house is ginormous (over 5500 sq ft).

The 5000 sq feet home is located inland from Del Mar, just before Fairbanks Ranch. It’s a 5 minute drive to the 5 freeway off Via de la Valle and 10 minutes to the beach. The home comes furnished with a pool table, huge dining room table for dinners with friends, huge kitchen (3 fridges), deck perfect for BBQ’s, and plenty of other furniture. There’s also additional furniture and some storage space in the garage too. We also have a lovely housekeeper who comes three times a month. Let me know if you have any questions and I will arrange a time for you to see it!
The room is two in one! It has two rooms connected which are both spacious ~12 x ~15 and it’s perfect for an office! It also has a balcony too. I can also furnish it for a little extra if you’re interested.
About us…
One of the guys is huge into cryptocurrency, one of the women is an amazing hairstylist from Asheville, North Carolina, one of the women is from florida and loves music and to travel, another woman just left her engineering job to start up yoga teacher training, one of the women is an acupuncturist and plays the harp and sound healing bowls, one gentleman teaches swimming lessons and is a lifeguard plus part-time DJ, one of the men is a professional entrepreneur and avid runner, and another gentleman is an entrepreneur and loves the piano!
It’s an eclectic group that gets along super. We are a laid-back group who really enjoys working hard and each other’s company, as well as the company of other respectful, creative people. Awesome compassionate people, please apply to join our fam! If you are a big drinker or rager, this isn’t the ideal situation for you as we are more conscious and peaceful. The Westside Jungle is a conscious community co-working space in Marina Del Rey. We function as an office by day and event venue by night.
Our office space is located in Marina del Rey, close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Inside we have couches, desks, dining tables, and office chairs. All furniture can be easily moved or put in storage. Our private patio area has couches, firepits, heat lamps, and a hot tub. We also have a full kitchen, a sound system, a projector and screen, and a ping pong table. Finally, we have access to a rooftop on the top floor of the building with 360 degree views of LA.
This space is ideal for hosting meetings, meditation & yoga classes, sound baths, movie nights, and potlucks.

I’m 26, am a singer-songwriter-writer of other sorts (will be working from home often) and have a small hypo-allergenic dog. The rent for the master bedroom is $1750. The bedrooms in the townhouse are on the second floor, and living spaces are on the first floor. Main living spaces are already fully furnished, but if you have a few things you want to add we can work that out.
